Our High School Strength & Conditioning program is designed to build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes. With a focus on proper technique and injury prevention, we help teens develop power, speed, and total body strength to gain a competitive edge. Whether it's preseason preparation or off-season training, our program equips young athletes with the physical tools they need to perform at their best-safely and confidently.

Park City Fit's youth fitness class is designed with one goal in mind-movement with a purpose. Whether your child is an athlete looking to get and stay strong in the off season or simply wants to get active, this program helps develop strength, speed, agility, and coordination through expert coaching and guidance. Delivered in a supportive, high energy environment, our program helps build confidence, body awareness and a solid foundation fora lifetime of fitness.
Teen semi private 2-4 athletes (ages 12+)
Scheduling based on trainer availability. 60 min / minimum of 4sessions.
Perfect for athletes looking to earn the upper edge. Our expert coaches provide a customized program that progresses with every workout—designed to meet each athlete’s goals. With sport-specific training tailored to enhance performance, these sessions create the perfect environment for friends and teammates to train together, stay motivated, and push each other. It’s focused, effective, and fun—building stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes every session.
