As long as I can remember, I've always played sports. Started playing soccer at 3 yrs old, then football, basketball, baseball, track and field. I've always kept myself active and exposing myself to different ways to train. The work ethic of my father really made a huge impact on my hardwork and dedication to any sport, task or challenge in front me. I chose to work hard in all that I do and that continues with me each and every day.

A turning point for me was when I got a coach to focus on the skills I needed as an athlete. Nutrition changed my whole perspective on sports performance and health & wellness. I was stronger, faster and leaner than I ever was. The commitment to the craft was what can make you the best version of you. Change is hard but in the end you'll see the results you've always wanted. Enjoy the journey. Be patient. And put your head down and just work. The results will come sooner than later.

Coaching brings me joy. A room of hard workers suffering together for the same goal that day. Watching others cheer each other on and push themselves beyond what they thought they could do. Serving people that want to learn and make a change in their life for the better really gets me excited to coach and get them on the right path. It won't always be easy but the ride is what we all enjoy. Enjoy the journey and continue on that path of health & wellness. Grow as an athlete but even more as a person to make the best version of you in the end.
