Caitlin Wiser

I grew up in a small town in northern Utah called Hyrum. In 2016 my family and I moved to Heber when my husband’s job transferred him to run a grocery store. It was here in Heber I found CrossFit in late 2019. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up I played soccer, basketball, softball, and ran on the cross country team. It wasn’t until college I found my passion for lifting and bodybuilding. When we moved to heber I joined a local gym and coaches small group fitness classes. Once I discovered CrossFit I immediately fell in love with the mashup of cardio and lifting. Then quickly decided to get my CF Level 1. The fitness I have found within the CrossFit space has made me a better person. As a mother of 2 active kids I am able to go on adventures in the mountains with them. As a wife I am able to participate in obstacle racing and snow skiing my husband enjoys. As a friend I am able to support my friends in fitness goals they have such as races and competitions. As a coach I hope to impact your lives in a positive way every time we interact.

After my second child was born I felt lost and uncomfortable in my own skin. My body didn’t feel like my own. I reached out to a fitness/nutrition coach and slowly step by step started to make changes. Eventually I lost the weight and realized as well as becoming stronger physically, I became stronger mentally. Small changes made a big positive impact on my life.

As a coach I hope to impact your lives in a positive way every time we interact. Whether that is pushing you to reach a goal you have or simply helping you leave the gym better than you felt. Everyone has a place at the gym, I want to help you find it.
