Stoked!

Our stoked program is designed to help you recover faster, reduce muscle soreness, and prevent injury. We offer an onsite “recovery room” for our members FREE of charge that includes Normatec Recovery Boots, HyperIce/Theragun massage guns, stim machines, and a variety of tools for soft tissue work.

Additionally we have a sauna and offer guided workshops on when and how to use these to help aid in your recovery and longevity.
